The dust removal lance is a highly efficient dust removal device that is effective in removing fine particles of dust from the flue gas. It adopts the principle of gas-water atomization, using helium gas to atomize the liquid, forming water mist particles of about 100 microns, which are bonded to the fine dust in the flue gas and then separated from the flue gas, thus achieving the effect and purpose of dust removal. Due to its large spray holes, the turbid ring water of the plant can be used and the consumption of helium does not exceed 100 Nm3 per hour. it is mainly used in power plants, cement plants, converter steelmaking and other places where dust removal is required.
