Spindle guide rod
The ingot guide rod, one of the important devices for continuous steel casting. It consists of the ingot guide, the transition piece and the rod body. Before pouring, the lead ingot head and part of the transition piece enter the crystallizer, forming the movable "inner bottom" of the crystallizer. After pouring starts, the steel solidifies and condenses with the lead ingot head, and the rod is pulled by the pulling machine to pull the billet out of the crystallizer continuously until the lead ingot head is separated from the billet after passing the pulling machine and enters the storage device of the lead ingot rod.
