HBG type slab flame cutting machine

This automatic flame cutting machine is to cut the cast billet into the required fixed length. This machine has compact structure, complete functions, smooth and reliable operation. It can quickly and accurately complete the cutting of various specifications of slabs under high temperature continuous production conditions. The cutting machine is driven by the casting billet to run synchronously, and the two gun carts move laterally to complete the cutting by the relative movement of the two (this cutting machine can work with four guns at the same time for cutting specimens) water-cooled heavy-duty cutting guns on the slab. The distance between the two guns can be adjusted and the distance between the cutting guns and the upper plane of the slab can be adjusted.
The machine adopts PLC programmable control, the cutting operation is divided into three ways: automatic, semi-automatic and manual, and the cutting procedure is divided into three kinds: cutting head, normal cutting and cutting tail.
The machine is suitable for cutting cold and hot cast billets with a maximum width of 2100mm, a maximum thickness of 300mm and a temperature ranging from room temperature to 900°C.
