Nozzle impact
The impact force of a nozzle is the force with which the liquid ejected from the nozzle strikes the target surface. There are several different ways to express the impact force of a nozzle, and the most useful impact force value related to the performance of a spray nozzle is the impact force per square centimeter. Essentially, this value depends on the spray shape distribution of the nozzle and the spray angle of the nozzle, in order to obtain a known impact force per square centimeter of a nozzle (kg/cm2), the first formula to determine the total theoretical impact force of the spray.
After obtaining the total theoretical impact force of the nozzle, and then from the impact force table to find out the different spray shapes, different spray angles corresponding to the percentage, and then multiplied by the total theoretical impact force, so as to derive the spray impact force expressed in kg / cm2.
