Crystallizer vibration device
A crystallizer vibration device in a continuous steel casting production process, which consists of a fixed frame, a vibration arm, a vibration frame, a spring steel plate guiding device and a driving device. The vibrating frame is controlled by the spring steel plate guiding device and the vibrating arm, forming a four-link mechanism to ensure that the crystallizer generates arc-like vibration, which causes the crystallizer to reciprocate up and down to prevent the crystallizer from sticking to the billet and to move the billet down along the inner cavity of the crystallizer.
